Ignored serious side effect symptoms and told me to see a psychiatrist for the side effects. Saw this guy for 15 years and since moving to ESSE he’s been no where near the same. ESSE is all about charging for everything and helping with nothing.

Dr. Santos is amazing, but sadly this office now considers you just a number and doesn’t provide the best patient care. Even if he’s your primary provider, anytime you try to schedule with him they try to just shift you to the nurse practitioner days later or say they’ve got nothing at all. I was told to consider making appointments in advance for a sick visit, not wellness. It’s a joke. After waiting all day for a callback I got a careless, rude receptionist callback with a chip on her shoulder. Once this office moved it became very clear that the patient is no longer a priority which sucks because Jaime Santos is a great physician.

It's hard to give a business an excellent rating unless they completely deserve it... And they do!... They operate like a well-oiled machine with everyone contributing and performing their share of responsibilities... Genuine concern and dedicated service...

This man will sit down with you and talk about life and many other things. He actually cares how things are going I have very bad anxiety and instead of getting annoyed with me he sits down and talks to me about things to fix and maybe cures he is a great man.
