Dr. Jairam Eswara, MD

Dr Eswara communicated with me when it was important and when I needed the most. He is amiable, diligent, punctual, understanding, positive and very nurturing with excellent listening skills. One of the nicest and kindest doctors I have ever seen and highly recommended him to others. He gave me a good understanding of how I should handle my problem. I truly appreciate the depth of his expertise and concern.

We had a procedure scheduled and with LACK OF COMMUNICATION we found out on the morning of the procedure that the procedure was cancelled when I was already in Boston and drove over an hour. The communication with this office is awful, I do not recommend using this office.

We had to reschedule a procedure for a family member then we were told one date but then told that they couldn't get the rescheduled date when we had the pretesting scheduled and then we were suppose to get a call back and seems they don't return calls. They're trying to work with us but it's been a nightmare especially when someone is in pain. Dr. Eswara is great it's the office that we are not a fan of.

Dr Eswara was the kindest, most thoughtful and caring Dr. I have ever experienced. I am in my 70s and was very leery of what was ahead. Dr Eswara was so calm and reassuring that I felt I was in good hands. And I was. He first put in a stent until the lithotripsy. He was always available for questions through his excellent staff. The surgery and follow up were excellent. I would use him again if I needed some treatment again. I would recommend him to anyone.
