Office staff is into themselves and don’t dare to enter their space, otherwise they look at you as if you were an unauthorized trespasser. The Office manager (Lisa) never seems to ever be available when I ask for her. POOR MANAGEMENT OF OFFICE STAFF AND OPERATION

With another patient fidgitng to see the doctor before me, and I asked him who he was seeing, after 2 hours and 20 minutes, I just left the office. I gave myself plenty of time to see the doctor before going to another appointment I had. Overbooking appointments is a common practice, but this was ridiculous. A week or more later I called the office to inform them, and I just started talking and they hung up on my call. People in the front desk also need to treat customers with a smile and understand and not in a robotic unsympathetic way. I’ll make my appointment elsewhere.

Waited over two hours. Received a very rudimentary exam

HORRIBLE office staff, they will call you 5x to confirm appointment but won't even great you when you sign in. I waited at window for 10 min to schedule a follow up and I was ignored the whole time. I'm so fed up with this office, never going back and DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

After arriving for my appointment on time I waited 1 hr and 45 minutes in the waiting room. At that point I asked the front desk how much longer it would be before I saw the Doctor. I was told they were just about to take me to the exam room. They told me it would still be "awhile" because there were three people ahead of me in exam rooms, and the Dr would be going to a meeting at the Hospital while I waited in the exam room at his office. There were 20 people in the waiting room (18 chairs) who would also wait while he attended his meeting at the hospital.
