Jake Bauder

Jake Bauder, PT, DPT, OCS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist with broad clinical experience across outpatient orthopedics, acute care, rehabilitation, pediatrics, and neurologic care. Jake takes a personalized, patient-centered approach to physical therapy, combining targeted exercise, manual therapy, neurologic interventions, and patient education to help individuals improve function and confidently return to the activities that matter most to them. Throughout his career, Jake has worked with a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, those managing musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions, and patients with complex functional limitations. His experience across both hospital and outpatient settings has shaped a collaborative approach to care, working closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare team.
