Jake Wysiadlowski, OD

Dr. Jake Wysiadlowski—known affectionately as Dr. “Wish”—is a West Tennessee native and a warm, detail-oriented ocular specialist who blends scientific training with down-to-earth care. He earned a Bachelor’s in Biology (Biochemistry, Molecular & Cellular Biology) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, followed by his professional degree at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. Dr. Wish completed an ocular disease residency with an emphasis on refractive surgery in Austin, TX, giving him a strong foundation in both complex eye disease and advanced vision-restoring procedures.
