Dr. Snider was generally polite and seemed to listen well. But when it came to for the simple things like calling in a prescription or setting me up with a specialist, he never followed through. Further more after getting visiting the radiologist he never bothered to follow up. The only way I found my results were through the IU Health Portal. Since he never called to follow up with recommendations for recovery I am now forced to see another doctor.

Dr. Snider and his staff were amazing. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. Summer was fun and engaged. Dr. Snider listened to my laundry list of concerns and took time to address them. I never felt rushed. I reached out to his office a few days later and had a response within 24 hours. It was a wonderful experience.

Dr. Snider was wonderful. I had my first visit with him today and he was on time (crazy for a doc) and listened to all my concerns. I felt totally comfortable talking to him about my healthcare and felt like my issues were properly addressed.

I've heard of women not being listened to by doctors but this was my first experience. I had to tell him 3x that my symptoms were not related to a poor diet (salt intake). Reminding him each time I am a fitness instructor. Honestly, he didn't even really look up. He ranted a list of questions at me that he clearly had memorized. A few of the answers that I had already given. Not to mention having to tell him twice I had a hysterectomy. He did everything in his power NOT to examine me, relying on a digital mammogram I had a month before. And while he might be correct, a physical exam would not indicate the lumps I felt were normal, I left the office feeling invisible and stupid. I only took the appointment with him because I could not get into seem my regular GP.
