He then completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn, New York in 1996. Dr. Fatehi's practice includes the full scope of oral pathology and reconstruction with particular interests in implantology, maxillofacial trauma, challenging tooth and wisdom tooth extractions, and aesthetic reconstruction.
