Dr. Jalal Souhil Nafach

Dr. Nafach deserves ALL the credit for me monitoring my diabetes better. When I needed a Figurative "Kick in the Butt" he would provide to me. He is a very geniune and carring doctor who the community of Lincoln Ne will miss greatly. I wish him well and the safety of his family. I have seen doctors hours from a strict 8 to 4 but he would always try an accomadate his patients. As when he had to leave the 4000 patients were scrambling to find a new endo. Luckily I was able to find Dr. Wakeley who has been great. I wish him the best and hopefully he will come back to Lincoln.

Dr Nafach is a very intelligent and knowledgable doctor. HOWEVER, he has absolutely no courtesy or desire to demonstrate any level of caring to his patients. Rather than calling me to schedule an appointment, he calls my perscription provider to cancel my insulin. When I then came in for my appointment, he kept me waiting for over 30 minutes. When I asked for the insulin perscription to be reissued, he gave me one for BG test strips! I found this out when the mail order service delivered them to me. When I inquired about the error, I was told that the pharmacy had received my request to have the test strips AND insulin ordered (which is bundled together for one co-pay), but when they verified with my doctor, Nafach told them to hold back the order of insulin. The result -- TWO CO-PAYS for $120 each! Thanks Doc!

I struggled with hypothyroidism for years until I finally found Dr. Nafach! He listened to me, cared about how I was feeling, and gave me an additional T3 med to try. That made all the difference in the world! I find him to be funny, charming and very concerned. Wouldn't even consider going to anyone else!

I credit Dr. Nafach with close to saving my life. He actually cares for his patients. Making money seems to be secondary. I highly recommend him.

I have nothing good to say about my experience with this physician. Long wait, no personal attention and he told me I was weird at a visit. Really? Don't waste your time. There are new docs in town who are fabulous.

I'm VERY disappointed in Dr. Nafach as a physician. He is very discourteous, and has absolutely no bedside manner. He flat out cancels perscriptions rather than calling me to schedule another appointment... as if my diabetes is now cured! Hooray! No more insulin injections! The pharmacy says that my doctor as nullified my insulin perscription! After being a patient for almost 10 years, I don't think it's too much to expect a phone call from my physician if he needs to talk, not this. This, combined with his arrogant attitude and condescending remarks about my health, is just too much. I'm very disgusted with Dr. Jalal Nafach.

I feel that Dr. Nafach does not spend enough time explaining medications to patients and can be verbally rude with patients. Dr. Nafach does not explain why he changes and prescribes medications to patients and does not explain any side effects from the medications that may harm the patient.

I am tremendously impressed with Dr. Nafach and his staff. They are professional and couteous.Dr. Nafach was excellent. I was surprised when he entered with his laptop. As we visited, he used it to send my prescriptions and information. When I was ready to leave, his receptionist had his printed instructions for me.It was amazingly efficient and yet Dr. Nach took time to listen and explain things to meI am very pleased.

I have been a diabetic patient of Dr. Nafach for over 10 years now. He's a very smart man, up to speed on current technology & advances & very easy to talk to. He tells it like it is, doesn't sugar coat anything & will lay it all out for you. He doesn't cut me any slack when I'm not doing what I need to be doing & I appreciate that. He's a very smart doctor, easy to talk to & very good at what he does. Although the wait time can be a bit lengthy & sometimes he has to bounce around to other patients, I don't mind. He really knows his stuff!

I had a very easy time getting an appointment. I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes to see him and when he came in he was very kind and thoughtful. He listened to my concerns and took note of everything I told him. I am now getting the correct treatment for my condition. I am grateful to have met Dr. Nafach and would recommend him to anyone.
