Staff is trash the ladies at the front desk are the definition of lazy.

ive been taking my 4 kids to dr raisdana since they were born. he is truly one of a kind. he loves his patients and his job. is is super smart and knowledgable and always takes his time with us. we are very lucky to have him as our family doctor. wish he saw adults too! we love him

He's terrible! I don't know how he is still practicing. Look up his license and you will see that it is under surveillance since a child lost her kidney because of his in ability you diagnose and treat.

Wish the waiting time was a lot shorter. Even with a scheduled appointment I always end up waiting more than an hour and a half. Great doctor but some of the staff are just rude, you cannot ask questions with out getting a rude response. Once I needed documents to be fax for a referrel and the personel said they couldn't fax ot because it's something that they don't do, really?

As one of his own patients I am glad I had him as my pediatrician. He is always patient and kind to both me and my parents. I won't ever forget the way he made me laugh and made me feel more comfortable and peaceful when I was afraid to get a vaccine. I never disliked going for doctor visits because I knew it would be a fun and easy visit.

Great Doctor, bad office staff, very rude, impolite office staff, you have to call one month in advance for appointment.

Dr. Rais dana is the most knowledgeable physician I have ever been to. I have 6 kids and the first 4 were cared for by other physicians, and once we met Dr. Rais dana after the birth of my 5th child, I decided to take all my kids to him. You can tell how much he cares for his patients and loves his job. Granted, wait time is a little long, but that's what you get for going to the doctor everyone wants to see. Bring a book. I have highly recommended him to my friends and family.

So, to begin with this story. It started when I went to the doctor to get my TB test because I had never gotten it before, so I went and the wait was nearly an hour. And when we had gotten in the doctor had left us for quite sometime, and when he had returned he just gave me the TB shot and told us that in a day or two to call him and GIVE him the measurements. Wasn't he supposed to see the measurements himself? So anyway my mother had taken the measurements and told this doctor. So then he said that it was too much and that I should go and take my x-rays at Holy Family Hospital. So I went and took my x-rays, and that wasn't a problem. The problem was that they said they would fax it within a day or two. So we waited..and waited... and waited. A week had gone by and we hadn't heard of any news from my x-ray. So we called this doctor's office. And the lady said that they had recieved the x-ray, but the doctor wasn't here and he would be there on Monday. So I called Holy Family to make… sure what she was saying was correct. And they said they hadn't faxed any x-rays under my name yet. So my mother called the recieptionist at his office, and she was pretty mad. It was a whole week and she was lying to us? Turns out she was just agreeing with what I was saying and all she had recieved was my blood test. Thus I strongly dislike this doctor. Maybe it's my own expierence but I know I'm not going there anytime soon.

He is the best child doctor. He's very experienced and he is very kind.Sometimes his office is too crowded.
