The office staff is amazing. dr Rashti's assistant is amazing. The Dr. Himself is a jerk. Rushes through and doesn't listen to me. Doesn't read my history and have accurate information before making judgements. Denied doing a surgery that failed and had to look up my history to prove he did it after arguing with me.

This doctor has been able to identify what cause of my pain and come up with a plan of action. Three previous doctors could not!

I have 2 herniated disc and spine deterioration, I came 1hr. before appointment while there were only 2 people ahead of me as I was waiting a 4th person came in did not have an appointment but was let in ahead of me, the other 2 patients were shocked that the 4th person not only cut in front but that I waited and 1hr plus another 30 min after my appointment. Second thing was I haven't seen the doctor for about a year and had to make sure this time I would have my appointment with the doctor and not the sub which is not a doctor. 3rd is the pain killers they give me are not the ones I asked for but high dose on tylenol which are bad for the liver but they can careless. Who knows how much there making off of my insurance but I sure want out of that facility and wondering if this doctor is for real or just some guy with false documents.

Dr. Rashti is an attentive and caring doctor. He takes time to listen and explain your condition and diagnostic test. The Palmdale office is the best in the staff being courteous and professional. The Arcadia office was not as nice as the Palmdale office and the staff made me feel invisible. My main complaint is that there seems to be poor communication between the offices and the surgery scheduler. There were mix ups with surgeries which left me uninformed about the cancellation of my surgery until the day before,which disrupted other things in my family.

Nice guy. Office works awful ignored people in office waiting room. Then talked rudely to a older woman. The office smelled bad. Just cause you'd a doctor in another country doesn't mean these people should come to the states to be doctors. They're training doesn't seem as hard as the states.He didn't say or dp anything I didn't know myself.They sign off on whatever in these workers comp or accident cases. It's bad for the people who are really hurt and want to be better not the money. These places should be closed down.
