If you want to see a real live circus, go see this guy. He's certainly not a doctor.

Dr. Anderson sat down with me and took the time to listen to my problems. That's why he takes so long, he actually cares!!!!

I recommend him to anyone who needs a neurologist!

Staff is rude and you can never contact them. You are treated like a 3rd class citizen. ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!

Dr. Anderson is a very caring, and intelligent physician. He takes time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. As for his office staff other than his office manager they are not very qualified nor competent. Dr. Anderson is well worth the frustration with some of his staff. Do not care for his nurse practitioner at all.

I’ve been in to see doctors who are employees of St Thomas, TRI-care...... they work for them and are dictated how to treat patients. I was looking for a doctor in private practice. Dr Anderson has helped me more in past month than 3 other doctors in 2 years. Thank God there’s a doctor left with knowledge, kindness and common sense.

Everything about this medical facility is just great. Love the doctors and all of the staff.

This doctor is different, and sometimes I've wondered why the office seems so disorganized, and I have called and they have pushed the wrong button and hung up on me. I personally have been needing the services of the medicle field for some ten years or more now and even if the offices are well arranged , phone calls are promptly returned , doesn't mean they will or can help you. Dr. Anderson cares about me, that's rare, he has helped and he made me laugh, something I haven't done in a while. He is personable, still loves to be a doctor, I've had my doughts about some. He has somehow remained unique under extreme pressure to reform to his colleagues ideal doctor. Unique is what I want, not extreme, just someone willing to be who they are doing whatever they do, that's what I see in Dr. Anderson, not perfect, but definitely not inadequate. I have been a patient for about two years now and it's just about like any other office, sometimes they are on their game sometimes they are running… behind.

My partner was referred after a terrible concussion...the first 10 minutes this physician spoke about undergoing his second audit, and all due to Obama! (Red flag) My partner and I spent 3 hours in this office and were sent home with 4 new prescriptions! (Red flag) being an RN it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize this physician is trying to get patients addicted yo pain meds!! (Red flag) every test in the book was being performed so quickly, that it felt as if we lived there in the office.(red flag) an MRI was ordered some hour and 10 minutes away from where we live.we sat for two and half hours awaiting the physician to respond to the testing facility related to an MRI that could not be performed there! ( red flag)come to find out, this physician did not get medical clearance from my partners Cardiologist to get the MRI, due to having a pacemaker! (Red flag) A rebuilder treatment was done at the spur of the moment at the next appointment (red flag) Here too, no prior… cardiologist clearance given for the test due to an inserted pacemaker! (Red flag) tried calling for RX refills and was on hold for over half hour, then hung up on. I drove there, and was told they would be called in. For 3 days long telephone waits and being hung up on, and once again driving to the office. (Red flag) Well, now that my partner has already started having withdrawal symptoms I took into my own hands to drive back to this office. I asked for a release of records to be debt to a Dr. Parker at St, Thomas downtown. The staff lied numerous times giving me excuses related to the medical mistakes on my partner! (Red flag) So, new doc wants to order MRI and has the cardiologist clearance already ð???ð???. The new physician office calls and states Dr. Andersons office has not withdrawn the order from the insurance company for MRI. (Red flag) So, I call knowing I'm gonna either get hung up on while waiting or never get a response. Half hour on hold, hung up! I drove over there AGAIN! The front personnel state she didn't understand what I needed. I asked for the unused MRI dr. Order to be withdrawn (cancelled) so the new Neuro could then order in his name as the physician. I was told to sit down. I waited 20 minutes, got up went to the front window, and the personnel stated, "there was never an order for an MRI!" Oh em' Gee! I stated, "that's a bold faced lie!" This office and Dr.Anderson are totally INCOMPETANT and that your office will be hearing from St. Thomas! Why I put up with such INADEQUATE me fiscal care and service for 32 days, has made me ashamed! RUN...RUN...YOU DESERVE PROPER HEALTH CARE! RUN FAST!

After reading the reviews I almost canceled my appointment however I'm glad I didn't. Yes Dr. Anderson is not gentle however I can understand with the type of examination needed I doubt being gentle would get the job done. If he wasn't personable in the past he has corrected that. Dr. Anderson took, in comparison, lots of time with me and answered any question I have had. ALL of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful so that has been corrected too. Wait time was acceptable since I was called back before I could finish initial paperwork/tablet information. My second visit I waited about 15-20 minutes which is reasonable. The only negatives in my opinion are, the office is not clean and needs attention. Using a tablet as part of the paperwork process was aggravating and I'm pretty well versed with tablets and computers. I'll update as I have more appointments.
