Sadly, I am not impressed with his injections.

Dr. Andrews deserves the highest recommendation for everything from being a totally professional doctor who engages with the patient, to providing impeccable care in a mini facelift that left me with a younger and less careworn version of myself. His work adds artistry to the surgery. The light sedation made the operation go easily, and I was able to return to my normal life in the time expected. Dr. Andrews is very detail oriented and followed up frequently to make sure that I was healing as expected. Besides being a caring doctor, his office is sparkling clean and the entire staff is highly professional. The best part was that Dr. Andrew delivered what he said and what I wanted, which was a younger face, but not a different face.

I made the best decision to travel from California to Texas for Dr Andrews after reading so many reviews that expressed exactly what I was looking for. I had a mini face lift, neck lift, and upper and lower eye lid surgery. I waited a few months to write review because I wanted to describe my whole experience. The office was immaculate and Dr Andrews so professional and with such a nice personality, he right away put me at ease. Having procedures with moderate sedation by anesthesiologist was wonderful. I had always worried about deep sedation risks and not having to have that was such a plus. The procedure itself was a breeze. Absolutely no pain whatsoever. I was given detailed instructions that I followed to the tee and because I understood what to do and not to do I literally had no bruising. At the one week point I had stitches removed and flew home. I did not tell many people that I did any surgery and the reactions I am getting are exactly what I wanted. Friends… think look rested, lost some weight, and look healthy. The best thing is that I look like myself.. just a younger me. I am thrilled with the results. I now have told some friends and the first thing they say is they want to travel to Texas too!! Dr Andrews is a master of his craft. I feel so confident and beautiful. I felt so safe which of course is crucial but the bonus of healing well and results that are so natural is exactly what I was hoping for. I recommend Dr Andrews with no hesitation. It was a wonderful decision and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I am so thankful.

I would highly recommend Dr. Andrews. He has been my ENT doctor for many years. He is the only doctor I get relief from when my sinuses are infected, inflammed or whatever the problem is. He deserves 5 stars to me. He is s brilliant doctor. He has the best staff too.

I am new to the world of Botox/fillers having never had any injectable products. I am 100% satisfied with the results. The entire process of the visit and followup appointments were so professional, friendly, informative, and most important - effective! I highly recommend Dr. Andrews and his staff to anyone looking to dial back time to regain your more youthful appearance. My face looks like the younger me - not a plumped up, fake face. Very grateful and looking forward to continuing to be a patient.

Dr Andrews has been my Dr for about 6 years. I trust him completely and I appreciate his conservative approach to looking younger without looking over done. He’s known for being personable and compassionate! His staff makes me feel like family! Dr. James Todd Andrews has been my doctor for many years. He and his team are very caring, nice and professional. He has the best bedside manners. He is my E.N.T doctor. He is also a brilliant plastic surgeon as well. I would not go to any other doctor, but Dr. James Todd Andrews.
