Dr. James Mason Andrews, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Andrews for almost 20 years. I've never experienced a better doctor. He's helped me through many life obstacles. I don't ever want him to retire!

Dr. Andrews is an excellent psychiatrist. He is patient, kind, and excellent at his trade. He is compassionate and seeks to understand his patients' needs at every appointment. I respect and appreciate that he returns his pages and personally calls me to ask how I am doing and to help with medication questions. I have referred several friends and colleagues to Dr. Andrews and each has been thrilled to have formed an ongoing patient-provider relationship with Dr. Andrews. Look no further - he is one of the best psychiatrists around.

Dr. Andrews takes time to talk and always listens. He calls me himself and checks to see how I am doing. He returns his own after hour pages and calls in the RX himself.

A different breed - a very positive and human-centered psychiatrist who actually does more than med check$, like so many others out there. Jim is also very effective with 'talk therapy' and explaining treatments and medications. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Andrews has been very thorough and insightful. He is easy to talk with and does not hesitate to pick up the phone and call me himself to see how I'm doing!
