Dr. James Matthew Andry, MD

Dr Andry is the best family doc in town for Male patients. He makes you feel like your talking to your best friend. I find him to be the most caring doctor I’ve ever had. The only down size is he won’t accept insurance.

I have never been correctly diagnosed in over 4o years. When I went to Dr. Andrys he listened, ask questions that no other Doctors had. He is an invaluable wealth of information and has the gift of being the most compassionate and understanding physician, knowing we are all different from all others with different needs for a healthy and productive life. He listens and listens and observes like no physician I have ever experienced. I am now off 90 percent of the heavy medications other doctors had me on that was only was a bandaid for the issues and was hurting my body and mind for many years. I have never had a problem with the friendly and helpful staff and I rather wait for him and his group to discuss an issue and get back with me in 24 to 48 hours than rush a FIX that might hurt the body in a negative way. Its not a fast food joint or prompt med. its a healing and on going center for positive health that works. He and his staff are fine rarities and at 60 I have… never felt so alive and healthy. I have told every one I know about him and they to have had the same incredible experience as I have.

I have been a patient of Dr Andry's for about 5 years and l have been pleased with his care, but am finally moving on. I just can't deal with the inept communication at his office - failure to return calls promptly or at all, terrible phone answering system, unwillingness to file ANY insurance claims, general staff churn. Every time I am there I am amazed at the large number of staff running around the office, yet somehow there is NEVER a human to answer the phone or call me back. My previous Doc had only 2 staff, but I always got a human when I called and both of the staff knew me after a few visits.

Dr Andry has been my doctor for about 2.5 years. I have been favorably impressed with him, but I dread contacting his office because of the communication difficulties with his staff. They don't return calls, the voice mail system is TERRIBLE. Most of the time you cannot speak to a human, or you have to get transferred around a couple times before you find anyone who knows what's going on. Their handling of billing and insurance is not patient-friendly.

Dr. Andry is one of the most caring and precise physicians that I have ever been to.

Dr.Andry is an excellent doctor BUT his office staff never gets back with you and you have extra long waits ( being put on hold ) when you call his office. Very disorganized, nobody can answer your questions, nobody knows what is going on! His treatment has been very successful with me but wish I didn't have to deal with the stress of trying to get answers from his employees.
