Dr. James Stephen Archer, MD

After rescheduling per his staff, my husband was completely ignored sat in the waiting room and staff did not check the sign in sheet. Doctor left. Unfriendly staff and when I called them back their answer was first, he did not sign in, I said he certainly did, put on hold, then said they do not use sign-in sheets anymore. Obviously, he was supposed to open their window and get their attention. Told her he would not be back and their answer was fine. I feel like sending them a bill from us, we have a business to run and our time is just as important as theirs.

Wrong information regarding a test by new Dr assistant. Dr never returned by call.

I find Dr. Archer to be exceptionally thorough, extremely polite, and VERY knowledgeable. My office visit with the good doctor was brief but helpful. He has decided to treat my (mild) urological condition with Vitamin E supplementation -- a great relief to me given that I'd already told the physician that I'd consider surgical options only as a very last resort. Dr. Archer's receptionists were friendly and helpful, and I was seen quickly after my morning arrival. Highly, highly recommended!

Don't waste your valuable time, they certainly will. After an incredibly short office visit where I received no feedback from Dr. Archer whatsoever, I was sent for ultrasound. Two weeks later I never heard the results. I left messages for weeks and finally got a nurse who tried to read me a report she didn't understand. "I'm in pain, please find out what the next step is CALL ME BACK." She swore she would. I've never heard back from anyone...still. Remarkably unprofessional.
