Well cared for during hospital stay, office visit was as pleasant as a Dr visit for my issue could have been, allowed for an office procedure during the visit that required an insurance approval so I would not have to wait and come back at the insurance companies pleasure, I chose to deal with the insurance company myself so healing process could continue without the delay. Staff could not have been anymore helpful and are so nice and helpful. Thank you Dr. Arthur and staff

I should have written a review years ago. This doctor is wonderful!!! I was in unbearable pain and misdiagnosed by another doctor. Dr. Arthur did a disk replacement on me and I have been pain-free for years!!!! thank you so much

We took my wife there I must say you believe in laving people in pain your treatment is steroid injections when you should be worrying about fixing patients to me you are just worried about money and processing people like cattle.in my opinion you are a sadist and should immediately have your license pulled.you and your staff are uncomassionate your stars on your board should have- on them you have - 100 stars

I went to this doctor thinking the answer to my prayers. I'm in incredible pain. 5 bad disks I tried the steroid injections that was to be the answer to everything, but it put me in more pain. I had to keep calling about my follow up to see if he could fix. They weren't going to call. My answer from them.... Call back for more steroid injections! Are you kidding me.

I love Dr Athur! He always explains everything to me. And the reason the wait is so long is because he is giving injections and helping others.

great Dr. could not even sit or stand for long time Epidural injections have helped my pain have had several over theses 4 yrs only one I would trust thanks so much Dr. Arthur and a wonderful staff

Went to see Doctor Arthur spent over two hours in waiting room. Once I was with doctor he saw me for five minutes and referred me to a nerve doctor for testing. Dr. Arthur's nurse was very, very rude. The nurse said that once they had the report from the Doctor they would call and have me to come back and see Dr. Arthur. They received the result of the test four months ago and I have never heard a word from Doctor Arthur's office. Since then talking with several people they advised me to find another doctor because Dr Arthur has such a bad reputation with patients anymore. So I am looking for another doctor!

I've seen Dr. Arthur a few times. Most recently because I wasn't feeling well. He didn't seem to be too interested in getting to the bottom of it. Didn't follow up with me and seemed annoyed when I asked him questions. Maybe he's not really into the practice of medicine, I don't know, but I felt like I had to pull information out of him. His office staff is just as bad. Wait times are horrendous. And I had some blood tests done and no word from them. After a week (and remember I wasn't feeling well) I had to call them. Finally he called me back and said there were some irregularities in the blood work. So they referred me to a specialist, but put the referral in the mail! Couldn't they call or email? So far it's been over a month and I still don't know what's going on. I just get the sense that he couldn't really care less. So, I'm looking for another primary care doc!

As I sit here reading all the bad raps doctors get from their patient's hard to figure out why people are so hateful, ya Dr. Arthur doesn't have great bed side manners great people skills or good office help. but you no what, I could care less about how nice his office people are don't need to be pampered like a 3 month old ,like most think they are the only ones that are sick and need help and should be the staff and doctors only priority. But what I do care about is Dr.arthur ability to help his patients, I am not having lunch with him, coming over to chat I came cause I needed him to fix me. and that he did. that's what I care about, his ability as a doctor. I had neck surgery 6 days ago, I want to say thank you Dr.Arthur from me personally to you. because of your ability as a surgeon I am able to feel my arms and hands, the pain in upper back has gotten better, I am still pretty sore from surgery but I no that will get better with time. funny thing is I read all the bad stuff… about office help and etc,etc. I personally never had any problems with office help or staff, guess that really just depends on what the person thinks they should get out of the experience. I was always treated like I thought I should be. hey he is one person trying to take care of me and you and probley 50other people. give doctors a break they are doing the best the can for me and you. thanks Again Dr.Arthur for your Help. god bless you and all you do for your patients.

Wait time in that office hasn't changed over the years; my first visit was just under an hour in the waiting room and well over an hour in the exam room. The office staff was incredibly rude then and nothing has changed. My latest visit, 2-20-13, was so bad I never got beyond the waiting room. The people already there were extremely agitated from waiting so long; one man asked if we had brought "snacks" as our wait was going to be a long one. After asking other patients who were there and finding out that all of them had been waiting for more than an hour, we got up to leave. There was nobody at the window, so I crossed out my name on the sign in sheet, asked for someone to come to the window but no one showed up. The smell of food cooking was very strong . Why would they schedule patients at 12:00 pm if they were going to eat and keep the patients waiting? At least seven of us. Will never go back and intend to find out why this office is run so badly and why the doctors think… they are more important than their patients are.
