Dr. James Warrick Arthur, MD

Not my cup of tea. Just didn't click.

I have been a patient for 12 years and have found Dr. Arthur to be an outstanding health care professional. He is very easy to talk to, understands real world circumstances and situations. While reasonably healthy, my annual physicals are always very complete and I am given plenty of time for questions and discussion. Appointments are generally easy to schedule and I have been seen in a timely manner once at the office. I highly recommend Dr. Arthur!

At first I thought he was a good Dr, seems to at least be knowledgeable about diabetes. I always showed up on time to my appointments, paid promptly, showed the upmost respect towards him. One day I get a letter from him letting me go as a patient and banning me from their network. Only a generic explanation and nothing specific as to what I did wrong. Very confusing and my health requires me to have access to a doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Arthur for about a year. I never have a problem getting an appointment. He exhibits professionalism and a great caring attitude. Prescription refills are done quickly when called in. He has helped me through several health problems and refered to excellent specialists. I will not consider anyone else.

Dr. Arthur may be a good doc, but until he replaces the entire office staff he will continue to lose patients and get bad reviews. If they cannot properly schedule and honor an appointment, how can you trust them to handle your medical records and care?

Dr. Arthur is outstanding and takes time with his patients.
