Was attacked by a dog. Referred to an ENT from the emergency room. Was having issues with my right ear after the attack. I had been to this office before. I explained my injury and was told Dr no longer did surgeries and she would call me back. Not sure what surgery had to do with my injury but i awaited her call. 3 hours later she calls me back. Calls me by a different name and says since my issue might involve an attorney the doctor wont see me. I was dumbfounded. I have no attorney but need medical care. Shameful!

I would like to thank both the courteous staff and professionalism of the Doctor in seeing me on a walk in request. From the front desk, to the assistant, and doctor very nice. I would recommend this office for the kindness and care given to me.

Upon my arrival I was brought back into an exam room by whom was introduced to me as a nurse but wad not even a certified medical assistant. She was an older woman, friendly, although not very trained in cleanliness. After waiting 20 minutes Dr Autin finally comes into the room. I was appauled by his bedside manner he did a shave excision procedure on a facial lesion in which he didn't wear gloves neither did his "nurse". My blood was everywhere and nothing was cleaned properly. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. And I will never return here again!!!!
