It may be hard to believe, based on the double procedural protections they take at Kaiser, but this doctor began my operation on the wrong eye until I pointed out his mistake. Despite my arm band on my right wrist and the black mark made above my right eye, he began to work on my left eye until I objected. Once he corrected the side worked on, his work turned out well. I just wonder what would happen if I had more than two eyes to chose from just how tempting it would be chose the wrong one. Too many choices confuse a lot of people besides doctors.

One day I woke up and had "floaters." I went to the Kaiser Urgent Care, and was sent immeciately to Dr. Bainer, about 1 hour away. After I arrived, I saw him quickly; he diagnosed my problem, and immediately treated my eye with a laser tool. Tomorrow is my last follow-up of four total visits. I am so thankful he was there for me. I thought I was going to half-blind. I know other doctors probably would have been as good, but my experience with him has been perfect, I think. Thanks, Doc.

Diagnosed problem and immediately made plans for surgery. Absolutely amazing results, vision is perfect! Not a big talker, but knows his stuff!
