Dr. James Haywood Baker II, MD

He is the best in the country, maybe some as good but none any better. So knowledgabe and down to earth. I would not be here without him.

Rose the nurse in this office was extremely cold and rude I was very upset when I visited dr baker he did nothing time reassure me . I left his office in tears.

Follow up appointment was mistakenly made at the wrong office (Dr. does not visit that specific office on that day of the week) resulting in a two month wait for a follow up appointment. Also, Rose is VERY unprofessional and unavailable.

Dr. Baker saved my life literally. He is kind and gentle. He actually laughs ! (Not many doctors do). He is excellent.

Nurse ( name of Rose) that you have to go through when seeing this doctor is the rudest, most uncaring health provider I have ever encountered.

Dr Baker prescribed a test but afterward nobody called to inform me of the results. I had to call and leave a message twice before a nurse called to inform me that the test revealed possible cardiac blood flow / heart muscle damage issues. I was shocked at this apparent lack of concern for me, his patient.

Have been seeing Dr. Baker for 10 years. He implanted my second pacemaker two years ago. Initial pacemaker was recalled after implant in Ohio in 2000. I have complete trust in Dr. Baker.

Wonderful at explaining problems and testing to see what is source! Spends plenty of time with each patient ensuring that all questions are answered. Office staff returns calls withing day and quickly gets back with additional info.
