I called to make first appointment and was put on hold, no one ever came back to the phone left me hanging for 10 minutes then I realized it was 5 minutes after 12 noon ...they must have been in hurry to get lunch and forgot about me or just ignored me. Sorry Dr Bates I will find some other DR.

Frankly he tried to prescribe me a medication that I would have been allergic to, and didn't see that I would be until the end of the appointment when he asked me what kind of reaction that I had to that type of medication. He only gave me one option for treatment. Frankly I don't know if he just didn't read my chart or doesn't retain the information, but he seemed surprised when I corrected him and made assumptions despite only looking at one symptom and not the whole picture. Do your homework, he didn't do his for my issue.

Dr Bates listened, intently, immediately ordered tests to diagnosis my condition accurately, and explained in detail his conclusions and his recommendations. I highly recommend Dr. Bates and suggest no delay in making an appointment.
