Dr. James Scott Batti, MD

Dr. Batti is interested in only one thing: understanding your symptoms and finding the right treatment for you. He is direct and efficient. He engages you only as necessary. The time he spends with you is focused on what he needs to learn about your condition. If he refers you to another doctor, he wants to you to follow up with him to be sure that you are getting what you need to resolve your health issue. Not every doctor is right for everyone, but Dr. Batti's knowledge and ability to help you get better through the proper treatment earns him five stars.

Terrible bedside manner. Appointment was super rushed and wouldn’t take the time to explain what we asked in detail. Felt like I left without getting my questions answered. Would NOT recommend, especially if you have an infant as the patient.

Dr. Batti has operated on me and 2 of my children. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He listens to your concerns and is never pushy about medications or procedures. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

As a new patient, Dr. Bat to was very welcoming and friendly. He listened to my description of symptoms, asked pertinent questions, and was both genuine and enthusiastic as he educated me about proper care and provided me with a remedy to my problem. My visit with Dr. Batting was delightful!

I brought my son to Dr. Batti for an evaluation after breaking his nose. Dr. Batti has a warm, kind, calm bedside manner and he was very gentle with the exam.

Made a same day emergency request appt for my 1 yr old, at the direction of the primary pediatrician. They fit me in towards the end of the day. I waited for 1 hour and then the nurses sent me home as "all the doctors were gone" and "Dr. Batti was called to the hospital". WHY WOULD THE DOCTOR TAKING APPTS BE THE DOCTOR "ON CALL". Please. Won't ever waste my time here again.

I left the Exact same review on another site regarding Dr Batti, and today I recieved a letter that they're kicking my daughter out of the practice Completely. All Of Advanced Specialty Care. Apparently he doesnt like to hear when he has messed up.. anywho!! Read on for my experience. Went a few weeks back with my daughter who has had 4 pos strep cultures in 3mo, and on antibiotics each time (Not Good!!!!) Our ped said she needed her tonsils removed and referred us to him. Front office staff was great, but once taken in, the MA rushed us into a room and shut the door behind us. She did Not triage my daughter at all, nor did she simply inteoduce herself..Dr batti comes in and spends Less Than 3 Minutes with us. Ran No tests, looked in my daughters' throat (which her tonsils are SO BIG that they're touching and effecting her voice) and told her to gargle with salt water.. yeah.. gargle with salt water, as if we haven't tried EVERYTHING before seeing a specialist. Complete waste of time.… Left his office in Tears with my daughter, feeling Completely Ignored, as he did not listen to a single thing I was saying, almost as if I didn't have a Clue what I was talking about.. I mean she Was referred for a Reason, being a tonsillectomy, because many other drs believe her overall health could truly benefit, but hey, he knows my daughter better than I. Once leaving his office, I rushed her to the ped, she had a 102.2 fever, the flu and a double ear infection. For someone who is an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist, you'd Think he would have noticed.. I Highly suggest finding a different specialist that will LISTEN Your Legitimate Concerns, and not make you feel crazy, because you're Not!! You know your child better than anyone, and you know yourself better than anyone.

Batti came in and I Swear, spent LESS THAN 3 MINUTES with us. Dismissing All of my concerns, told us to gargle salt water and follow up in 2-3mo. Thanks for NADA.. smh. Currently sitting at our peds office, and looking for a second opinion.
