Dr Bellard has helped me with bi-polar disorder and depression. When medication was needed, he prescribed it and worked with me to get the right medication and the right dosage.

Worst psychiatrist ever, he will set you up with high doses of pills to get kick backs from drug companies. Beware , I went to another psychiatrist and got it straight without large amounts of medication. Dr. Bellard is a fraud

Dr. Bellard does not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, the most common insurance in the WORLD! His office is listed as in network, but when you call, you only get to see a social worker, not an actual Doctor. I am not paying all this money to see a social worker, I want to see a doctor! Get a clue.

Dr. Bellard is an excellent therapist. He shows a lot of empathy and has great therapy skills. He is very patient and non- threatening when dealing with difficult problems.
