Dr. James Fredrick Bennett, MD

Waited for 2 1/2 hours to be seen and was probably in the room for no more than two minutes. We came in for a facial injury which Dr. Bennett May have glanced at. I said what happened, he prescribed medication and O asked what was the diagnosis. He said, “I wouldn’t know since I wasn’t with you guys this weekend.” I guess I was just shocked on how everything played out that I couldn’t even respond. First time that I have left and felt that I need to take my son to see another doctor and look up the medication he prescribed. Next time I come here, I will Ask who’s the resident doctor because we will not be seeing him again!

This doctor was so detached that I'm not sure he ever looked at us. He wears some kind of google glasses which he said are for transcription, however since he spoke maybe a total of 20 works to us I'm not sure what there was to transcribe. My Husband (mid 70s) fell and injured his shoulder on a Friday while we were out of town. When we got back to town on Sunday he saw Dr. Bennett in the Beaver Highland Urgent Care office. Dr. Bennett never asked about the injury, or the amount of pain, and he did not examine it. He read on the chart that it was a shoulder injury and ordered an x-ray, fine. He came in after the x-ray was done and said nothing was broken. That was it. My husband asked what the diagnosis was and how he should treat it, to which the doctor replied, you fell, you have a contusion. You can rest, elevate and compression. The pain has kept my husband from sleeping for two nights, but the doctor didn't think he needed anything stronger for the pain. I should have… demanded that he pay more attention and listen to what was going on, but we were kind of shocked by his rudeness and lack of concern. We have lived in the area for a very long time and have always received good care at this office. I'm hoping that Dr. Bennett will be reassigned so we won't have to change to a different medical group.

This guy is completely unprofessional rude was threatening to me and my wife didn't treat her the way he treated her multiple times before in the past this man should not be a doctor I would not trust him with anybody I love
