Wonderful doctor he listens and understands me

They seem to care about you, but there is a problem with communication within. If they send you somewhere for tests, the staff will tell you they will contact you if there is a problem. NOT TRUE ! Two times I have been sent for tests, and I was told by the receptionist that our policy is that we will notify you if there is a problem, but not true ! After I was told this, and much later during a checkup visit did I ask the staff in person, and when they actually checked, I then found out that there was a problem, and it needed attention. There is a serious problem with this !

times spent there was over 2.5 hrs. in waiting room . while in pain

I love the hagerstown office, I have never had to wait more then 30 minutes. Even if I arrive early I am seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and once in a while just before my time.The only time I have ever had a long wait is if I show up without an appointment.The staff are active in the office and the community, from makeing sure we all have our flu shots to fund raising for a terminaly ill cancer client & beloved member of own town!!!

Waiting room always over filled no where to sit have to wait in car.People sitting on the steps inside.Treated rudely. Plan to be there atleast 2-4 hrs even for a medication re-fill script! Never will I go to this doctor again
