Dr. James W Betancourt, DDS

I was referred to Dr. Betancourt by my dentist for an opinion about my implants. After examination, he sat with me to explain what he observed while simultaneously pointing to my x-rays for a thorough explanation. He is very knowledgeable. He sent instructions to my dentist on his findings and the best approach, in his opinion. I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge "AND" bedside manner. Thankfully, my dentist concurred and sent me back to him to have the procedure done. I would definitely not hesitate to refer patients to him. As a matter of fact, I know someone who recently had the same procedure but sadly hers turned into a nightmare. I can't wait to show her how professional and satisfying my procedure went. I've been truly impressed by Dr. Betancourt and felt safe and relaxed during the procedure. I was definitely in good hands. EXCELLENT DENTIST!!!!!!

I found Dr.Betancourt to be one of the finest doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting anywhere in the medical profession. He is honorable, trustworthy and certainly, the patient's welfare is his only consideration, not money.

Dr. Betancourt and his staff treated me with unmatched hospitality and professionalism during my most recent visit. I have visited the office on numerous occasions and I am always impressed with how the staff and the doctor himself are so patient and caring with everyone they serve. This is one of the good ones. Anyone who cares more about what is best for my mouth than making more money deserves this accolade and many more!

Dr Betancourt has the best medical staff, office staff, waiting area (and great games in that waiting area!) Dr Betancourt works with numerous dentists to make sure your care is complete. He has hospital privileges. He volunteers as a paramedic on his day off, working with our sheriff's office. Myself and my family have been cared for by his office for over ten years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Betancourt's for several years. Each time I visit the office I am treated with the utmost kindness and courtesy. I have had several necessary surgical procedures over many years and have always been extremely pleased with the outcome. Dr. Betancourt conducts himself as the consummate professional and always takes the time to explain any procedure thoroughly ahead of time so that you can make an informed decision. after many implants and extractions,i can say that he runs a class act with a caring staff.to make certain that my end result was perfect,he sent me to a crown specialist for a 2nd opinion who coordinated the placement of my implants. the hallmark of a good doctor is one who will openly tell you up front what the best course of action is. the grumpy lady who wrote a review had it backwards

As a professional myself in the medical field I was insulted that this man dismissed me as a patient after I had gotten a second opinion....claiming that " I was told that my periodontal issues could not be resolved" he went in to insult me "stating that he was a board certified and didn't understand why I had gone for a second opinion from a cosmetic surgeon".HEED CAUTION!!!!!!! Any professional who dismisses you as a patient for getting a second opinion should make you weary and think twice about how they truely practice!!!!!!
