He may not have the best "bedside manner" but he is an excellent physician and surgeon! He has got to be under immense pressure. He does an astronomical amount of surgeries. He is a professional! I don't come to a doctor for a nice friend. I want a qualified professional that can help my condition. Hey! There are many medicines that don't taste good, but they make you well!

Dr. Blackstone has done cataract surgery on my brother and sister-in-law and on one of my eyes, with great success. I'm about to schedule the next surgery. Very pleased with the results.

Dr Blackstone took over a thriving practice but he lacks professionalism and a caring manner. I took my disabled sister to him for her annual exam. He dilated her pupils before finishing the exam and told her to come back so he could finish it at a later date. I don't understand how a doctor would dilate at any time but at the end of an exam. He didn't care that making another trip to his office was going to be extremely difficult due to my sister's mobility difficulties. The waiting room was standing room only and running behind schedule.
