had a surgery for a hernia in 1996. when i asked what the surgery would be like. doc blitz said "u won't even no i was their" After the surgery i was in agony, not for weeks or months but for years up until today. the mesh implant he used(marlox) which is now known to cause health problems has caused pain for yrs+ fell apart in 2010. also he was not clear about the material being used. he used the word mesh but did not explain he would be implanting plastic in my stomach. bowl trouble, weight loss, hair loss, skin trouble, immune system weakness shooting pain. are just some of the health problems iv been stuck with in the last almost 20 yrs. just last week i could not sleep because of the pain the mesh was causing me. He did not explain the surgery+did not even tell me to take a laxative to empty my bowels properly which is what most decent surgeons do for a hernia surgery. biggest mistake of my life. went from a strong 28 yr old to a disabled 28 yr old. Can't find him on yelp… because his career would probably be over. i wanted to sue but was to ill to even do that. i also suspect he has eye trouble. he blinks a lot. A HERNIA IS NOT MINOR SURGERY. Don't believe a surgeon because hes only paid if he cuts you. Be very careful who u chose for hernia surgery. yelp is far more trustworthy than vitals which is were bad doctors seem to hide. Also when i looked at my surgical report. the so called doctor said i was complaining of discomfort. i never did. i just showed him a slight buldge. no pain or discomfort was reported by me. the guy just wants money. thats it. Hes proof that their are just to many surgeons in America.
