Dr. James Bonucchi, DO

Dr. Bonucchi helped me get straightened out. That's the long and short of it. He's a straight shooter and knows his field. His personality goes with mine well, he gave me direct answers and was extremely helpful after years of fighting with a thyroid problem that seemingly no one could or wanted to figure out.

I saw him for a very complex problem. He was one for the first docs that listened and took the time to help sort things out. A few months into treatment I finally feel like I'm getting on the right track after years of health troubles. He was also the first doc to be very honest with me and tell me that many of my issues will improve with weight loss. Not everyone wants to hear that, which is why I think no one else has had the "hard conversation" with me, yet. I'm so glad he's encouraged me to get on the right path.

Delighted with this dr. First endo tht was genuinely interested and cared (I've seen 4 in past 10 yrs). I trust his judgement as he was professional yet relaxed at the same time.

This Dr is very rude. I went in for my thyroid. As soon as he sat down he said just to take medicine. Didn't want to listen to any of my symptoms. After I told him I was not going to take that particular medicine he completely ignored me and got very upset. So I went and did research on my condition and the medication he wanted me to take and your not even supposed to take it with the thyroid condition that I have. REALLY!!!! Do not go see him. He acts like he's God and very arrogant.

Dr Bonucchi is a very smart and caring doctor. Always takes time to answer my questions and explain things.

Prior to seeing Dr. Bonucchi, EMTs were taking me to the ER multiple times a month for hypoglycemia. I haven't had this issue for several years since Dr. Bonucchi addressed this issue. He always takes time to review my test logs, explain lab results in detail, answer any questions and address any concerns I may have.

This doctor did not listen to me. He definitely has preconceived ideas. While he was listening to my lungs with the stethoscope, he poked my stomach. He poked it again as if he was waiting for a reaction from me. I ignored him and couldn't wait to get out of there. Life is too short to have doctors that are supposed to help you make you feel bad after the appointment. Find another endocrinologist.

Non-caring. Quick to make diagnosis. Arrogant. He did not appear to care whether his diagnosis was accurate or whether I benefited or not. He did not seem aware of my specific needs or difficulties. I question his ability to treat or diagnois any condition pertaining to endocrinology. How anyone can trust this guy with your health is unimaginable. I would not recommend this man to my worst enemy.

I've seen many Drs, many endocrinologists at that. This man has to be the most arrogant, rude and disrespectful man I've met in my entire life. He walked into the room in a hurry and already had preconceived notions about my particular condition. He would not listen to anything I had to say, and dismissed me as if he was God. He would not even reason with me. I don't even know how he can have such high reviews. If you see any endocrinologist in this clinic see Dr. Daniel Lyons.

He was the first doc that actually took the time to think about my issues and address the problem. He is a very kind man. I feel so much better now!
