Worst experience ever! Close-minded and extremely judgmental. He diagnosed me as having PTSD like it was a routine in about 3 minute. Okay, maybe it’s just me but I don’t want to talk about politics OR religion during any session. He brought both up multiple times and I made sure I didn’t give him an inclination of how I stood on either of the topics. He would keep mentioning Israel and how they do things there and mentioning people who I assume are in the bible. I do not care, nor am I interested. The 3rd visit he brought something up about politics and I didn’t agree with his statement but I was extremely respectful and just said “I understand but I don’t see it that way” and wanted to move on from the subject. Then I told him about a personal experience and he was adamant that I did not witness such a thing. I just nodded and said okay. He looked back down at his paper for about a solid minute, looks over at me with his neck literally shaking and says “you need to do some… research.” And looked back down at the paper for an extended length of time…so long that I almost got up and walked out thinking he was just done with me. I wasn’t sure. Finally, he slowly looked up at me and says “okay, anyway…what are we working on today?” So, if you are comfortable with feeling judged because you have had different experiences or views than him…this is your guy.
