I had an appointment that I waited over 43 minutes and never was told that he has behind. He didn’t take any of my frustration into consideration. Provider doesn’t care about his patients and doesn’t bother communicating. I understand providers get behind it is the way of life. But when checking in and asking if the doctors on time and the front desk says oh yes, you are next and provider has been on time all morning. What is the point of appointment believe me I do understand things happen, but communication is key and those types of situations his staff was not friendly. They were matter-of-fact, they didn’t put themselves in my situation because we are always a patient at some point in time. Provider cares about bottom line and not helping others!!

Dr Bowers gives me a shot in my hip and he does not hurt me!!! Superior staff is in the office and at the Specialty Hospital. They go above and beyond to help you and l recommend Dr. Bowers. Dr Bowers is an awesome doctor. He has done my shoulder replacement and did an excellent job . Now my other shoulder will probably need it and he discussed all options with me and was very caring and helpful. I am extremely pleased with him and trust him fully!

Dr. Bowers is such a fantastic doctor. He spends time to make sure you know what is wrong. He also takes time to discuss your options. I appreciate being treated with respect and being part of the process. He always discusses the pros vs cons of the options. I have seen other Orthopedic physicians before, and this is head and shoulders above the type of treatment I previously received. There is no overbooked schedule, with tons of patients waiting hours at a time. Thank you!
