Dr. Bown has been very good during my two visits. He takes the time to explain the procedure, and his bedside manner is very calming and reassuring.

I was impressed with Dr. Bown and his team. I arrived early to my appointment and I was admitted early. The anesthesiologist (Aaron) and Dr. Bown separately explained their procedure to me and asked if I have any questions. After the procedure was done, Dr. Bown explained the preliminary results of the procedure and what to expect next couple of days. Great service.

Dr. James Bown has been my doctor since 2011 helping me with all my gastroenterology needs including a chronic fissure, endoscopy, and colonoscopies. He is so attentive to my needs and thorough with any follow ups. He has a caring and personable bedside manner. I am grateful to have been his patient for all these years. His office staff is also efficient, informative, and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Bown to anyone in need of his services.

Dr Bown has taken care of the colonoscopy procedure for me over the years. Feel very comfortable with the procedure, the followup information with Dr. Bown, phone calls from staff and test results. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my third visit to this clinic. I was treated with respect, care and concern about the procedure. I was asked if I had any concerns or questions, and explained everything that would take place during the procedure. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing services here.

I went to see Dr. Bown for a pain located on my right side. He told me that my problem was a fat liver. He determine that by looking at old blood test results that other doctors ordered while back. Base on thise tests he told me to stay away from fat food and that he was going to prescribe some Pantoprazole fir indigestion. I waited for two months to get an appointment and he day of the appointment I waited 1 hour to see him and in 20 minutes he sent me out of the door without any other tests done to After I saw him he sent me home without any further tests to verified his "diagnosis". To make a long story short I continue with my pain for several weeks, the pills he gave me didn't do anything for the pain neither the fat free diet. Because if his fat liver "diagnosis" I went to see a liver doctor in Salt Lake City. He ordered a blood test, he checked my liver with a machine that measured the fat in the liver, he sent me to have a CT and an endoscopy with an ultrasound… capability to check my liver and pancreas. This liver doctor find out that I have a cyst on my pancreas, he took a biopsy to send it to see if it was benign or cancerous. The liver doctor got rid of the cyst sent me home with an antibiotic and a follow up appointment. Every singke day I was waiting fir the oain to come back but the pain never came back. The cyst was the cause of my pain. Doctor Bown diagnosed me with something totally off, made no follow up appointments to see how I was doing. He is incompetente and I wouldn't recomend him for any gastroenterology conserns you might have. He didn't take me seriously, he didnt deserved to get any money from my insurance bucause what he did was uneducated guess. I don't like to pay doctors for giving me guessing diagnosis. I will not recomend HIM to anyone. The girls at the front desk are rude.

VERY GOOD TREATMENT. WAS ON TIME VERY IMPORTANT . WILL BE BACK IN 5 YRS IF I AM STILL ALIVE.

I have had a positive experience, with no problems, each time I have had a colonoscopy at St. George Endoscopy Center.
