I was referred to Dr. Boynton through a colleague of mine and did not research any other doctor. I do not regret my decision at all because I know in the end he was the perfect doctor for me. From the woman who works the front desk, to the patient coordinator, to Dr. Boynton they have all been so wonderful to me. The patient coordinator, Kaitlin, is terrific. If it was not for her kindness I more than likely would not have been able to do the procedure. She really goes above and beyond and definitely needs to be recognized. Dr. Boynton is professional and made me comfortable through out the whole process. He sets realistic expectations and has your health at his top priority. He will not do anything to jeopardize your body. I had certain expectations in regards to the size I wanted but he was able to articulate my anatomy and what realistically I can go with in a way that did not make me feel disappointed. Although the price was a little to high than I expected it has been worth… every penny for the wonderful, safe, and comfortable experience I received. My self esteem has reached a level I never thought I would feel in my life. If I ever decide to get a bigger size or any other forms of plastic surgery this will be the only doctor I will see and trust based on this breast augmentation experience.

had gynecomastia surgery to cut out excess gland that was making one nipple asymmetrical. Dr. Boynton, & his entire team, made the whole process easy and pain free. I'm 6 weeks post op, and my results are already perfect. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he still exceeded my expectations. I wanted to have the surgery under local anesthesia only, and he accommodated me by doing the surgery right in his office. The surgery was less than an hour, there was no pain or discomfort at all, and the results were immediate. I've had no complications since the surgery either. If you are considering this surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Boynton. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else. My only regret is not getting it done sooner. Dr. Boynton, and his staff, are very friendly and professional. Nurse Sandi even called me after the surgery to check in, and she answered all my concerns. The patient coordinators, receptionists, & the rest of the staff, were all very friendly and… professional as well. If you're considering the surgery, go see Dr. Boynton.

I recently had an upper and lower Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) with Dr. Boynton. He and his staff are absolutely amazing, first class all the way! I had an extremely wonderful experience throughout the entire process from the initial consultation to the post-operative visits. The customer service displayed by every staff member is outstanding and I was continuously impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and efficiency at every visit! It is apparent they truly care about you as a person and a patient! Dr. Boynton is an excellent Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with a compassionate and comforting bedside manner. He is beyond professional, personable, and sensitive with the care and handling of his patients. He was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions and making me feel as comfortable and at ease about my procedure. Dr. Boynton's expert craftsmanship has made me feel like a much better version of myself and I couldn't be more pleased with my "new" eyes! Family and… friends cannot quit complimenting me on my new refreshed look! This has definitely been a life changing event and I would highly recommend Dr. Boynton because he is hands down the best Plastic Surgeon and has the best Staff in town!

I am having another procedure with Dr. Boynton in December. I just can't imagine going anywhere else. He makes me comfortable, and his staff is a crew of angels.

Dr. Boynton and his staff were incredible. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I felt like he took the time to really get to know me and he really listened to what I wanted and guided me through all the options. The team Karen and Kaitlin in particular were phenomenal and helped me every step of the way.

When Dr. James F Boynton walks in to meet with you his very polite and friendly, and knowledgeable he make you feel relax will take time to listen and walks you throw the proses. My experience with Dr. Boynton and his staff have been absolutely wonderful! I have worked with hundreds of doctors over my 32 year nursing career and I can say without hesitation that Dr. Boynton rates #1 on my list of all time faves. I was pretty nervous seeking a plastic surgery consult. After losing 140 lbs, I was pretty embarrassed how my old saggy body was looking. Gina, Dana and Mavi put me at ease immediately and set the tone for a very pleasant and professional experience. Dr. Boynton made a special effort to meet me and talk with me, get to know me first, before I had to do the naked in front of a stranger thing. I left my first appointment so reassured and comfortable that it was easy to make the decision to proceed with phase one of my total body makeover. Dr. Boynton is a techical perfectionist with an artist's eye, just what you want in a plastic surgeon! He was the first surgeon in Houston to use the drug Experel to minimize post operative pain, and I was a happy… recipient of this new medication. He stays current with the cutting edge advances in the industry but doesn't try new things just because they are trendy. I know this because of the conversations we have had (remember I'm the RN patient who wants to know every technical detail). I have now recovered from phase one and the results are truly amazing. People who have not seen me in several years are absolutely amazed at the transformation. When small issues arose during my recovery, they were addressed promptly and personally by Dr. Boynton (he actually returns calls on weekends)! I have referred, without hesitation, a close relative and friend who both have had excellent care and a positive experience with Dr. Boynton and his staff. But I guess, the best recommendation is that I have just scheduled phase two of my overall plan.

Dr. Boynton is very personable and I had a great experience at his office today. I was greeted with a warm welcome by his staff which made me feel comfortable immediately. After meeting with Dr. Boynton and discussing my issues I felt at ease because he had taken time with me and answered my questions and seemed genuinely concerned. He didn't rush and had taken time to listen to me and answer my questions. I had fillers today and will be going back for a photofacial next week which I look forward to.
