My elderly mother had a 9am appointment with Dr Brandford to resolve a persistent high blood pressure problem. Unfortunately although she arrived on time and relayed that she had a 10 am appointment, which she was assured was not a problem and ushered into an examination room by Wanda “medical assistant”. Wanda left her in the room while she called in other patients (4) who arrived after her. Mom was left to sit in the room as the other patients were seen and sent on their way. NOT one word to my Mother as to why she was last to be seen. I called the office after my very upset Mom left so she wouldn’t miss her next appointment. Wanda explained “ we take patients that will take a little time first then get to those that require more time.” A very poor practice indeed!!! Why not explain this to the patient who sees that she keeps being passed by for others who came in later. VERY RUDE and unacceptable. Wanda put me on hold so I could speak to her office manager.......10 minutes later no… office manager came to the phone and I had a clear picture of who these people were.

Professional , takes time to talk to you and listens . clean rooms , professional staff

Dr. Bradford is very thorough, covering all the bases and making sure nothing is missed. He does not rush, taking time to fully explore your condition. His calm and pleasant bedside manner helps ease any anxiety you might be experiencing.
