Dr. James Thomas Brockman, MD

Dr. Brockman's office charged me a "finance charge" of $25 on a $21 bill. This is unethical, in my opinion. I called the office to pay, apologize for being a little late, and see if we could have the fee waived this time. They refused. Find another doctor!

I, and my husband, have been going to Dr Brockman for over 8 years. Both with and without insurance. In recent months it has become apparent that his practice has changed. They refuse to make a simple phone call to an automated line, so my pfizer refill can be processed. Instead they are insisting I schedule, and pay for an appointment. I go to him because I have no insurance! You'd think 8 years of continued patronage would allow me a 10 minute call every 3 months. Apparently that $40 is more important then a loyal patient

Dr. Brockman tells it like it is. I appreciate that. If there's something that's bothering me that's out of his field, he refers me to the appropriate practitioner.

As a new patient, I like the way I was treated on the phone and on my first visit. Dr Brockman is very likeable and asked a lot of questions about my medical history.
