Excellent expertise, terrible bedside manners, next to zero communication. I would highly recommend this treatment for children as a far superior alternative to braces, but I don’t recommend it for adults. I and several other patients I know have been in treatment for many years with no end in sight, no chance of having long term stabilization after the appliance is taken out. Dr. Bronson will tell you that stabilization is possible with a frenectomy and physical therapy, but I know people who have had four frenectomies and done the physical therapy and their teeth still retrogressing when the ALF is taken out. Even the physical therapist I am working with has had her teeth retrogressing. I should say that I can’t offer any better suggestions than the ALF; holistic dentistry is still in its fledgling stages. But unless you’re a kid, know that the chances for success are dicey.

The office is very friendly and inviting but after they’ve hooked you in they don’t respond to phone calls or questions. They often don’t show up to the scheduled appointment. The Alf treatment sounds amazing but not helpful after spending thousands and thousands of dollars
