Dr. Brook is by appointment only & strives to be on time for each appointment. Dr. Brook does not take and insurance of any kind. Therefore he does not do insurance coding or prior authorizations.

What he does do is charge by the minute for his time TOGETHER with the patient. That becomes the office visit fee. So less time costs less and more time costs more.

If you need any labs done, I have good news, Dr. Brook only charges you his costs. (no markup)
What this means for you is that labs, that cost between $85 and $120 around town will cost $9 to $12 dollars here. There is also a $11.00 follow up fee.(the fee is $11.00 whether you do 1 lab or multiple labs.

FAQ : Does the doctor do: warts, moles, cyst - small skin surgeries, newborn checkups, sport phys, EKG, paps, breast exams, remove IUDs ,birth control, hormone tests and treatment (male and female),stitches, diagnose appendicitis , ulcers, house-calls, Dr notes to work - school and jury duty, chronic illness – such as Blood Pressure, diabetes, thyroid, depression, ADD, seizures, acne, short term illnesses colds, flus and other short term issues – YES to all the a fore mentioned – and he can do death certificates

Also YES to cortisone/steroid injectionin the shoulders and knees(elsewhere, no), kenalog allergy shots and tetanus shots and yes to prescription Rx for people going on a mission such as malaria , chronic meds and anti-biotic.

No baby deliveries, no circumcisions, Viagra only for married men. No casting of broken bones(but he can save the patient money by doing the 1st level of diagnostics and ordering x-rays at a more affordable place and refer them to the correct sort of doctor for their injury. Also no to flu shots and vaccinations/immunizations

He does not do X-rays He writes orders for X-rays, CTs, MRIs, mammograms, heart studies and the like. He writes an order to have these procedures done elsewhere.
