The office manager made a big deal about me owing $10 from 5 months ago. I am a regular patient and i am returning every year at the least. When I called to make an appt she started by being very snippy and said "you owe $10 from the last office visit which you've been ignoring!" Are you flipping kidding me??!! First of all I'm not ignoring anything, I prob saw the bill once (she said they sent it twice) and forgot about it because I can't call to pay by credit card (they dont take credit cards) And I don't do checks. Now we live about 45 min away from the office so coming in to pay with cash is not an option! So I said that's not a problem its $10 we'll pay it when we come in, you dont have to make a big deal about it it's only $10. To which she responded "well it is a big deal" Wow! So sad that they have to make a big deal for $10. Smh
