VERY HELPFUL, OFFICE STAFF WAS REAL NICE AND PLEASANT DR BROWN EXPLAIN MY TREAMENT AND MEDICINES.

Dr Brown is a wonderful doctor very knowledgeable and has awesome manners. Sits and talks with you answers any questions or concerns you have. He has a wonderful and very helpful nurse. Pam she is awesome and friendly person

Just had a few limited encounters with the physician but he was very helpful to me and helped me when I was ill twice over the last 10 years (when I talked to him via phone). However, my encounters with his nurse, not as helpful or nice - she dismissed an important issues when I wanted to see the doctor concerning a medication and my visit to ER, and then when I reported my continued high BP the next day) she dismissed that too w/o even taking time to find out my temperatures were back to normal and not due to the previous illness --which cost me seeing a doctor that day. My diastolic BP had been at least 100 or 100+ for more than two days by this point and had been trying to get into seeing a doctor, per ER. The ER felt I needed to be seen by someone in that practice for my BP ASAP while my physician was away. Not helpful at all. If rating Dr. Brown alone I would say 5 but as his nurse may hinder progress I will rate a 4

Dr. Brown spends as much time as you need talking about your medical needs and will answer all of your question. He is very thorough and follows up with any test irregularities.
