Dr. Burleson was friendly, professional, and accurately diagnosed/treated my problem. Was very impressed and have recommended him to my friends and family. Excellent doctor.

I really like Dr. Burlesons. He seems caring and is very good at making sure he's answered all of your questions.

He doesn't even deserve a one. He would not listen to me, and I was at a 9 pain level. He said to go wait in the emergency room. They had a seven hour wait, but I couldn't sit up that long. When I tried to reach him the next day, he was on vacation for a week, and the voice mail said to call 911. Absolutely, no one was designated to take his patient's calls. He did absolutely nothing to help me, and I am still so sick I can't function.

1. I came in with acne problems and he charged me $100 to refer me to a dermatologist 2. He told my grandmother that the bump on her finger was "from old age." She later got diagnosed with a goiter. 3. Last but NOT LEAST- he told my grandfather that he "just had heartburn." Currently, after consulting with a cardiologist my grandfather is recovering from a TRIPLE BYPASS because he had 80% blockage in his heart. If he had not seen another doctor besides James Burleson he would have died. Tell me why James has a medical license?

I've been seeing Dr. Burleson for several years...am almost 80 years of age he has an excellent, professional presence coupled with a wry sense of humor ...a very pleasant person and good Dr.

I am new to the Tulsa area and I have never felt more uncomfortable in a doctor appointment. Dr. Burleson did not seem professional at all. I don't think that he listened to a single thing that I said. I have a family history of heart problems and expressed my concern and my blood pressure was ever extremely high when I got there and he and the nurse checked it. He never did any blood work and I literally left the appointment more confused than anything.

Dr. Burleson and his staff are very rude. From the time you call to make an appointment to the time you leave. Do not waste your time, find a better doctor with a good staff.

Dr. Burleson is very professional with a very good bedside manner. He is very good at diagnosing illness

He really did not say much and was short with me the last two times I've been in.

I will never return to see him again. He was unprepared upon arrival, did not review my chart, and did not listen to me about my symptoms. His possible diagnosis was so far off the mark that I refused his recommendation and sought out a second opinion (thank God I did so I didn't pay for an expensive, unnecessary test). I do not trust his judgment and he does not treat his patients with respect.
