Got the appointment quickly, new patient forms were emailed so I didn't have to sit in the office to fill them out, staff were friendly, wait time to see doctor was less than 5 minutes, doctor was thorough. office needs an update

Dr Bush is an excellent doctor! He takes the time to listen to you and his years of experience shows. I had previously gone to another ENT who had all the bells and whistles. He told me to come back in a month and I had sudden hearing loss! Fortunately I kept moving toward and found Dr. Bush. He knew almost immediately what was going on and treatment started right away. I felt like I was in good hands. The staff is always polite and cordial.

The front office is great. The doctor does seem to be a lil rude whem receptionist is trying to speak with the patients though. I think.the staff is very competent it is the doctor who interferes with the way they handle things. I feel sorry for the employees for work for him But again audiologist and receptionist is great!

Rude and unprofessional staff/receptionist. Don't seem to knwo what they are doing, or how to treat patients.The facility looks like it is from 1940's. Wonder if the doctor knows what he is doing?Put in a request for other treatment, since the doctor did not do anything for me, and it has been 3 weeks since I called, and they still have not put in a request to insurance.Just waste of time and money, and get offended by staff.

Doctor is fair; office staff and audiologist are incredibly incompetent and lazy!!! Avoid because of audiologist and office staff!
