After spending time as a dentist in the Army Dr. Calvin associated with Dr. Clement Jacobson in 1993. Associates in Dental Care began in 2000 with Dr. Calvin and Dr. Calendine joining together. Associates in Dental Care now has two locations and continues to grow. Dr. Calvin enjoys golf, sporting events and spending time with his wife Holly and their four children.
