I literally can not say enough good things about Dr. Carroll. He is very informative and has an amazing bedside manner!! He also spent 30 minutes with my husband and I, he does not rush you at all!! I am so glad I got to meet this Dr. he by far is the nicest and knowledgeable Dr. that I have ever met.

I had seen him a couple of times telling him that I have been in so much pain. Sat in the room for 30 mins until he came in to tell me that he can’t do anything until the pain subsides to do the surgery. I would give him a zero if I wanted it too. The stuff was nice though which I can’t complain. It was the worst visits I’ve been to. Listen to your patients. Now I might have chronic pain that won’t go away.

He did not listen to a word i had to say, was rushing me out of the room after i waited almost an hour to see him, laughed when i started to cry from being frustrated, refused to do my surgery without even touching the spot and feeling it. I have had this issue for 8+ years had 5 surgeries and need another one and he was extremely rude to me and told me to take ibuprofen . Now 2 weeks later the issue is 10x worse and did exactly what i told him would happen and now I’m stuck sitting here in extreme pain. He told me his office will call me with a new referral and i have called 3 times and each time I’m told “he’ll call you back” yet he hasn’t. I will never go back to him ever. I’m off to a real doctor.
