This man should not treat patients. He is rude. He yells at you. He talks down to you. I left there many times in tears. He treats his staff just as bad. They act like they are scared of him. He won't allow anyone to go back with you, he doesn't want anyone to hear how he talks to you. My final denture was so big and wouldn't fit in my mouth. I had to wear the temporary one for 5 years until my insurance would pay for another one. Use Aspen Dental, they are nice and treat you like a patient. You are stressed enough over dental work, you should have some one with some compassion for people working in your mouth. I will never go back. I wouldn't take my dog to this man.

Dr Cauley has been my dentist since 2010. I now travel from Georgia to Charleston every 6 months to see him because he is that good. I bring my mom and my kids to see him as well. Don’t base your opinions off of other people’s words experience his work for yourself. His motives are pure quality and not financial. Never charged me for anything extra. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and tries to find a way to make it more affordable. Amazing as always Dr. Cauley.

The quality of customer service and work is poor. The Dr and staff are nice when they are taking your money but do not expect the work to last. WE have had nothing but poor service since we had implant dentures done. The denture continues to break and has been of such a poor quality we get asked if it was made in mexico. We have paid for it 3 times over. The staff is rude and the Doctor has refused to make it right. He is more concerned with money than quality. Go somewhere else save yourself the heartache.

My first visit for a consultation inspired me to begin my single implant on that visit. So far, so good! I'll write back as I continue with my work. Doc and staff A+ (so far) LOL
