Dr. Chanez is a very caring, compassionate and understanding internal medicine physician. He takes time to thoroughly listen to my description of any symptoms that I'm having, asks questions to help with a preliminary diagnosis, and recommends testing or procedures when necessary. He has a wonderful disposition and is down-to-earth, and has a good sense of humor, but is serious when he needs to be. I am very confident in his abilities as a doctor, and I feel that I am well taken care of. I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Chanez. I am so thankful that I found him!

Smart, gave you time to talk, staff was great

Overall, Dr. Chanez is good Dr. He takes a methodical, logical, and scientific approach with his diagnosis. However, the clerical staff is not the most courteous bunch. I've had to deal with the records department, and their attitudes reflect as if they are unwilling to help. My situation has been quite unique, however, professionalism should not falter because it creates more work for the department. I would recommend Dr. Chanez, but the staff needs to lighten up. It's a Dr. Office and I'm sure most people probably do not want to be there nor call.

A great doctor. A wonderful man. He has listened to me and we both realize my failings as a diabetic> For so many years I have not been a good patient. Starting today I made a vow to eat correctly and try some simple exercise for an 82 year old. I could not ask for a more patient doctor and a friend. Thank you Dr. Chanez.
