Dr. James Brian Chapman, MD

Dr. Chapman by far has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. He was genuinely interested about me not just my illness. He spent plenty of time with me and went out of his way to ease my anxiety and fear about what I thought I had.

First impression on the doc is not good. He is so lazy with sleepy face. Went for a annual health exam. Doctor asked am I having any problem or taking medications. So I told him i have snoring problem and declared that i am taking medication for hair loss. My annual checkup is fully covered under insurance. When i received a bill for $$$ amount called up the billing dept. their answers are so ridiculous. My wellness exam was completely covered by insurance, they said, they charged extra for discussion on the hair loss and snoring was not under annual health check up and charged that as separate office visit and consultation fees. For gods shake I didn't ask him to treat the hair loss or snoring, i know i am overweight and having snoring prob. and i see my dermatologist for hair loss problem. It is not wise to charge for such things which the doc isn't treating or consulting about it.

Dr. James Chapman is one of the finest physicians I've seen. He is compassionate, thorough, and gives explanations that are comprehensible. I usually have short wait times to get in to see him. He follows up promptly on lab reports.

Dr. Chapman is a excellent Doctor. My husband and I use him. We view him as one of the better doctors in the Dallas area. He is kind, understanding of your problems and willing to recommend ways to combat your illness. We highly recommend him.
