I suspect the same person is "review dumping" to drop the Drs. grades as they all sound similar.

Kind, caring,knowledgeable, informative, exceptional in every aspect of care.

I have never felt more violated than I did at this appointment. Will never go back or recommend.

Had what was thought to be vaginal hemorrhaging. Went to the ER, and then was referred to Dr. Charland, as my gynecologist was retiring. He examined me with a chaperone in the room who mentioned that if he was hurting me to kick him in the head, as that is what she does when he examines her. Thought that was pretty unprofessional. Dr did an endometrial biopsy and on the pelvic mentioned something felt "hard as a rock." Never did a rectal exam. Never got back to me as he had promised with the results of the biopsy, which I found out were negative after calling his nurse. A few days later was called and told "my procedure had been scheduled." I had no idea what she was talking about. He had scheduled me for a D&C and ablation. I was suspicious about this as the doctor had never discussed anything with me and finally decided to refuse to have it. Was finally able to get into my new gynecologist a couple weeks later. She also felt the hardness, biopsied it, and was eventually diagnosed… with carcinoma, grade 3b. Dr. Charland's dismissal of the cancer delayed the start of my treatment by about three months. I was told by my GYN oncologist that the procedures Dr. Charland wanted to do were totally inappropriate and could have masked cancer if it occurred later.

Felt something "hard as a rock" but dismissed it as constipation--never did a rectal exam. Scheduled a procedure completely inappropriate for someone my age and never talked to me about it, had his nurse call to tell me my "procedure" had been scheduled. Turned out I had grade IIIb cancer--the "hard as a rock" mass. Lost 2 months in getting treatment because of his lack of thoroughness.
