He does not rush you he listens to what you say and gives options when possible. He is proactive in his treatment and gives sound advice on life style changes and preventive actions.

Excellent doctor and worth the wait!

Dr. Chillcott is a wonderful Dr. But he really needs to find new staff. Everytime I call for a refill on a prescription they dont get back to me. I have to call them back. They dont relate a concern or question about a patient that could be something serious that my mother had called and asked. The staff act like you arent important when thats what they are working there for!

Dr Chilcott is well worth the wait to see him. I never feel rushed, and feel I have his full attention when I see him. If he is running late it is because he is doing the same for others. He is a kind, gentle Dr., spot on with his diagnoses'. Wish he were younger so I won't have to look for another to take me on as a patient when he wants to retire!

Dr Chillcott is a very caring professional physician who takes time with EVERY patient. Yes, ALL Doctors have huge waiting times these days. It is the RESPONSIBILITY of the patient to call the office to see if the DR is running behind. When you are in the room with the Dr he gives you all his attention and time. If the patient would let the staff working the desk know there are multiple issues to talk to the Dr about then they will allow more time for the appointment. As it is usually the patient comes in for one thing and it turns into multiple... putting everyone behind. I for one wouldn't see another Dr.

Staff is inconsiderate has hung up phone on my husband myself without apologizing or calling back.. Won't check with doctor to see if he can get you in for a appointment will just tell you he is booked up.. Answers phones in unfriendly manner..Tried to get appointment said phone number not working this has happened more then once..Could not get an appointment for two months could have died by the time I could get in.. The staff did not offer any other physician to get an appointment with,,, We know we are not the only ones who have been treated rudely by staff... Please report abuse to the clinic so when you are ill you are treated with respect.. We have left this office because of how we both were treated...

Doctor Chillcott is a wonderful doctor. I must say that other than waiting forever to get in to see him once you are in the office, his office staff is terrible. They are ofter rude, not to mention they are obnoxiously noisy. I think that is the dr. is running hours behind, it should be up to those annoying girls to call & tell the patients to hold off coming for a while because the Dr. is behind.
