He is not friendly and not patient. He likes a judge not a doctor. He does not help at all. He makes the people even feeling worse.

HORRIBLE doctor. Never inform the side effects of the medication, just keep adding the dosage. I asked him how and why we need to increase the dosage, and he can’t even give me a proper explanation. Then assume I do not want to get the treatment because I asked for details. I told him he needs a better attitude towards his patient, and he told me to switch doctor. He currently working for Dr. Xu Z Chen’s clinic In Brooklyn. 100% do NOT recommend.

This doctor doesn’t like to listen to their patients and always cuts off when someone is talking. He should be listening to the patient with patience but he gets impatience and just try to wrap up quickly and tell you to come the following week. The only thing he ask is if the patient is taking the medication. If we tell him no, then he gets annoyed and tell you to keep taking the medicines. That’s all he tells you. He doesn’t ask you for anything else. It feels very annoyed how he talks to you and how uninterested he seems. His tone is very uncomfortable too. Is the first “doctor” that I’ve seen so unprofessional, uninterested and impatient to his patients. While we wait at the reception, we can hear him getting agitated and raising his voice with the patient in front of him. We can hear him saying “I said take two TWO TWO pills, are you even listening to me”? How rude and unprofessional. That patient came out of his office and complained to the two receptionist but they just laughed… and when she left. They started mocking her. Their receptionist aren’t friendly either. This is the worst clinic ever. Do not come.

Persuades you to take medication that you otherwise would not need. When you tell him you are uncomfortable taking the medication he gets angry and rude. When I said I was not comfortable taking medication, he typed and said " refused mediation" into his computer with a condescending tone. Really necessary. I seriously never felt so disrespected in my life. Once you finally agree he changes his tone. AVOID AT all cost!

I thought it was strange that I found him rude. The tone I got from Dr. Chou was condescending. I would not recommend seeing him. He makes the situation even more unbearable.

Extremely rude, condescending, and unethical. He doesn't listen to his patients, and will cut you off mid sentence. Avoid this man at all costs. He's always on vacation and blames patients the patient for being irregular when his schedule is what's irregular. The man takes 4 or more vacations a year.

Worse unethical doctor you could ever meet in your life time, should be report to board of his conduct

I saw this doctor several days ago. Initially, he impressed me when I saw he has a certification from Harvard University, however, I then googled on the Internet, it turns out to be that he got his MD degree from Tulane University, and he finished his residency in New York University Hospital. I am not sure what the "Harvard" certification is. He seems busy and does not have the patience to listen. His interview just like finishing a checklist: do you have hallucinations? do have any suicidal ideations? do you have ongoing stress? etc. He mandated me to come back every 1-2 weeks. When I told him that I am busy, so I can only come back several months later (because of my schooling), his attitude changed suddenly: RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He does not even notice that many psychiatric patients are hypersensitive. If you cannot prescribe any meds more than 1 week, speak in a polite way. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

Extremely condescending. Will not take the time to listen and explain to his patients. Will blindly prescribe medications not in the patients favor because he doesn’t listen to his patients and doesn’t know what they want. Extremely lazy and very rude as well.

Ignores reported side effects, prescribes medication blindly. Is extremely rude to patients, yelling at them if his prescriptions don't get the intended result. Avoid this man.
