Dr. James Joseph Ciarcia, MD

I went to Dr C for several months. He is tuff but excellent. He takes notes and will call you out if he thinks your not telling the whole story. Own your mistakes, take responsibility for your actions. He is a great doctor. Wendy.

I have never felt so uncomfortable as a patient, especially in a mental health setting. He is unprofessional and degrading. I tried to brush off many inappropriate comments over months of treatment but finally couldn't take it anymore. This man should not be treating anyone, especially those most vulnerable to emotional stress.

I was in for a recent visit and the way this physician spoke to his staff member and even patients I overheard in the waiting room was unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend ever bringing a child there with the mouth he has. After he came out and saw his staff member busy as work he took a nasty arrogant tone for no reason, I could tell the woman became flustered and agitated that he would be so loud, embarrassing only himself in front of others in the office. The way he berated her in earshot of others for nothing more than petty reasons was entirely unprofessional and not a doctor I would want.. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, there are far better options around...

Like the title reads, extremely intelligent and caring. He is far more intense than he lets on and if you really listen you will find some answers. He NEVER forgets anybody, even if you stay away a long time. He is very humble and dedicated.

He is warm, kind, professional and always had a friendly receptionist. He helped me very much. He is not afraid to act like a real person and has a sense of humor. Rare to find in an intelligent person.

If not for Dr. Ciarcia I would not be alive today. His expertise pulled me out of a deep depression. I have been seeing him for many years (mostly maintanence) and have recommended him to all who ask. Everyone has their own experiences and opinions about their doctor but when sharing intimate details of my mental health with Dr. Ciarcia, I have always felt comfortable and confident that I was in the care of a very knowledgable physician who truly cares about my wellbeing.
